NEWSTRACKER: FRAUD TRIAL IN TETERBORO CRASH DELAYED

What's next: Attorneys are due in court on April 26 to argue pretrial motions. But before that, U.S. District Judge Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. will likely rule on maintenance director Brian McKenzie's request to stand trial alone because he opposes the delay until May. Greenaway's pending appointment to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals could further delay the trial if the case is reassigned to a judge with a busy calendar.
