While many may be unhappy with Delta's decision to limit service, it's likely not a surprise.

"With the economy as bad as it is, all the businesses are struggling," said Humboldt County Board of Supervisors Chairperson Jimmy Smith, "we feel very comfortable we're able to maintain our summer service."
